2V-P 1.2 is now able to playback video clips thanks to the AVFoundation framework.
Any video supported by the framework can be played in the same manner as a quartz composition, including ProRes and H.264.

The player’s parameter view will adapt to show specific controls related to video.
Direction and loop time are at the top, followed by the time slider. That is the playhead.
Then you will find the playback speed, volume for sound and position and scale sliders.

A new demo file is attached with some video examples by Ali M. Demirel.

Next version of 2V-P will be adding support to ISF files as both generators and effects.
