Square Enix is celebrating the Final Fantasy series’ 30th anniversary and Final Fantasy XIV is playing a big part of a projection mapping event on June 10-11 in Yokohama. Here’s a little preview video.

Producer Naoki Yoshida appears at the end of the video to say that the projection mapping event is something quite rare for them or anyone to do, and he urges fans to check it out for themselves as it looks much more intense and entertaining in person. Idol Miyu Koike says fans will definitely be excited to see the projection, but she hopes others will see it and find something cute or interesting so they can check out Final Fantasy XIV for themselves.

As for the projection mapping event, it’ll be displayed on the InterContinental Yokohama Grand, located in Nishi Ward of Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood launches on June 20, 2017 on PlayStation 4 and PC. Early access starts June 16 for those who pre-ordered the game. If you haven’t pre-ordered yet, there’s currently a 17% off sale here.
